Grout Cleaning

Grout cleaning is the core of our service! Most grout is never sealed upon installation. Grout – being a very porous product by nature, sucks in dirt laden water like crazy! During the moping process – dirty water “falls” into the low grout lines and soaks in quickly. In a kitchen setting this water is generally loaded with grease and cooking oils that accumulate over time. These types of soils are very difficult to remove with normal cleaning. Our high pressure tile and grout cleaning system blasts this grime away – leaving grout in a “like new” condition.

Grout Sealing

After your grout is clean or just after it is installed, we can apply a clear sealer. This will keep the above mentioned soils on the surface of the grout allowing for much easier clean up. Contrary to what many companies will tell you – eventually, your grout will get dirty. Keep in mind that grout is the lowest part of the floor. Dirt will still accumulate there but will not soak in. This allows for easier clean up and also will keep the floor cleaner much longer. You may still have to have us come in and occasionally perform a maintenance cleaning but at a much lower cost.

Grout Color Sealing

From time to time the cleaning process cannot bring your grout back to its’ original color. Perhaps you are looking for a new, updated look. Grout color sealing can change the color of your grout to any color you desire. This is a great way to get an “almost new” floor for a fraction of replacement cost. Grout color sealing can usually be dome on one day and the floor can be put back in use immediately. You can see some of out re-coloring jobs here.
